Care tips

Always detangle before shampooing. Lightly spray the hair with warm water, then gently work from the ends up to the weft. Use sulfate-free and paraben-free shampoo and conditioner, and finish with a leave-in or curl cream to keep coils soft and defined.

We stand behind every bundle. Exchanges are always welcome, and returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the hair hasn't been altered (no cutting, coloring, bleaching or chemical treatment).

Important: Please keep the band around your bundles until you're sure you're keeping them. Once the band is cut or removed, the bundle can't be returned or exchanged.
