Care tips

Always detangle before shampooing. Lightly spray the hair with warm water, then gently work from the ends up to the weft. Use sulfate-free and paraben-free shampoo and conditioner, and let the hair air dry to keep the waves defined.

We stand behind every bundle. Exchanges are always welcome, and returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the hair hasn't been altered (no cutting, coloring, bleaching or chemical treatment).

Important: Please keep the zip tie on your bundles until you're sure you're keeping them. Once the zip tie is cut, the bundle can't be returned or exchanged.
