Care tips

Always detangle before shampooing. Lightly spray the hair with warm water, then gently work from the ends up to the lace. Use sulfate-free and paraben-free shampoo and conditioner, and handle the lace gently to keep it lasting.

We stand behind every frontal. Exchanges are always welcome, and returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the hair hasn't been altered (no cutting, coloring, bleaching, plucking, lace trimming or chemical treatment).

Important: Please keep the zip tie on until you're sure you're keeping your frontal. Once the zip tie is cut, it can't be returned or exchanged.
