Care tips

Always detangle before shampooing. Lightly spray the hair with warm water, then gently work from the ends up to the lace. Use sulfate-free and paraben-free shampoo and conditioner, and handle the lace gently to keep it lasting.

We stand behind every closure. Exchanges are always welcome, and returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the hair hasn't been altered (no cutting, coloring, bleaching or chemical treatment).

Important: Please don't cut, trim, pluck or alter the lace in any way until you're sure you're keeping your closure. Once the lace has been altered, it can't be returned or exchanged.
